Karen Clark provides 2 in-house classes once a week for the employees of Ricoh in Amstelveen. My colleagues are thoroughly enjoying the luxury of finishing their busy working day in the office and going straight to the class to get rid of all the days' stresses and tension.

Karen took the levels of ability of each class into consideration and started the first classes with basic exercises, increasing the performance levels substantially in just a few weeks.

The energy and atmosphere she creates in the classes, is something none of the participants would now forsake; they are quite simply hooked! The classes are also a lot of fun and the feedback is very positive, with my colleagues remarking that they're feeling more supple, stronger, have a better posture (imperative especially when having a sedentary job!), and that their energy levels have increased. As these classes are proving evermore popular, we are now hoping to persuade Karen to come twice a week and keeping our fingers crossed that she can find the time in her busy schedule!
